Site has been down a lot lately ;-; anyone know a similar site to this? This site seems pretty unique it's a shame to see it down so much.

I wish I could give some reassuring information as to why the site keeps going down, but I don't know any more about it than anyone else.
This site is pretty unique. There are vaguely similar sites with a few of the features JCJP has: user profiles, EXP & levelling, tests, spaced-repetition feature (practice), user-created quizzes (notes), forums/chat room, etc. Some sites do a better job of one or two of these features, but it is rare to find all of these features on a single site. Another thing is that many of these sites charge money to use their features (although I half kinda wish JCJP charged money too, so that we might not have this problem of the site being down a lot). No other site is really quite like JCJP. :)
Here's a site you might be interested in. It's probably the closest thing to JCJP that I can think of:

I've used hundreds of other sites, but each only for short amounts of time before I get bored and move onto something else. I usually find other sites tedious, whereas JCJP is really simple and hassle-free to get straight into; I feel relaxed here. JCJP is a site I can be bothered to use daily and is the site I've stuck with for the longest amount of time--the site I always come back to. ^^
memrise is fairly similar also.
