How much Kanji do you learn on this site ?

Looking at how much vocabulary there is, plus the stand-alone kanji section, probably just a few hundred. Not a lot.

1,456 is just the total number of kanji questions in the lesson tests. These questions include many kanji compound words (not just individual kanji). And 116 of these questions are duplicate questions...

1,340 is the total number of unique kanji questions in the lesson tests.

615 unique kanji are specifically taught in the kanji lessons.
1,195 unique kanji make an appearance within all the lessons (including within kanji compound questions and vocabulary word questions).

Check out this forum post I made a while back where I calculated the number of kanji taught on this site. I listed the totals broken down into Jouyou kanji grades and by JLPT levels, which I'd matched to lists from a dictionary:

Level 7 was meant to be getting added at some point, and hopefully the duplicate questions issue might get fixed too. ^^
