I was wondering if you (beeant) can create a duplicate beta site like http://beta.japaneseclass.jp again, temporarily remove the Java/HTML code from the chat link in the "official" JCJP site, and make sure the chat link is in the beta site?
This way, the JCJP users can go to the beta site to help figure out what the issue is that's causing chat to malfunction. Not many of us are able to use the chat right now.
Who knows? Maybe by trying this, the Oblivion list loading issue, and/or the statistics/profile page issue for users with high Readings encounters may be resolved.
Since the other issues (above) may have started with the chat issue, this may bring us closer to a solution.

@kekkou That idea seems rather excessive. I've already reported the error message, what happened, what the problem is, and suggested something simple to fix it for now...

Beeant is online quite a bit, however it appears he is working on something else?
I'm fairly sure the issues you mention concerning with the oblivion list and user statistics pages not loading aren't new problems. These issues existed even during the beta test.
I think it's simply a matter of having too many oblivion items or too many completed readings, which causes the loading of the page to timeout in your browser. Although this problem probably only exists due to the way these pages are designed, because they try to load everything in one go.
I rarely ever have any items in the oblivion list, so I can't really test that very well, but I'm fairly certain that it's the same problem I'm thinking of. ^^
@mog86uk I know it seems excessive, but it is just one idea I came up with. It may not be the right idea, but it might help. :)- @mog86uk The Oblivion list loading issue is also affecting my @washoku testing account too ... and I have zero Readings entries and only 100 Oblivion items each day on that testing account.
- I remember I had trouble with Oblivion loading when I had 2,000 ~ 3,000 Oblivion items, but I haven't been able to test it recently. I guess it must be a different issue if it's happening with so few Oblivion items.
I don't think my other account has done any Practice questions, so can't test on that either.
I also remember that certain browsers loaded the Oblivion page differently. I nearly always use Chrome, but I think when I tried some versions of Internet Explorer I used to have some small issues with loading the Oblivion page. What browser are you using kekkou? - @mog86uk Apple's Safari browser, but I'll check the Oblivion List tomorrow with IE and Firefox. Thanks. :)
- @mog86uk Also, the problem disappears after refreshing/reloading the page over a dozen times. Weird.
- I though Safari was barely supported by JCJP. I'm surprised you even managed to edit your profile picture in Safari, because from what I remember this is impossible to do in Safari! ?
- I think I've sorted out the Chat problem myself if you take a look at the Chat page! I was lucky that I managed to get the messages to go through before the error stopped me. :P
