I swear JCJP has gotten better recently at trying to catch the user out. I like it. I literally only read "entering a" in the first answer before clicking it immediately. Saw it was definitely wrong before Practice had even finished checking the answer! xD
Also, in reply to kenji's post below. See that question I've circled in my encounter history? I created that account less than 48 hours ago! That question is the same one in the screenshot on my last post (about 12 posts down)... As you can see, it was 3:1 (correct:incorrect) only 36 hours ago, now is 67:1! >_>

* Oops. Meant to say "in reply to Kakkarot's post", sorry. :/- Other things to point out:
・ I haven't ever changed any Practice settings on that account other than always turning "show kana" off.
・ As can be seen in the screenshot, I still have over 1000 "New" questions I haven't encountered before, yet have had to answer this question 67 times (and I have three other questions which are over 80 times correct!!)...

No way that's just a coincidence, to happen again so soon. For vocabulary questions I've noticed it doing this a lot more recently, like something has been changed. ? ^^
@mog (test account) This is a bigger problem in the Readings. Imagine the English answer "France" appearing twice in the same question. One English entry is linked to the Japanese entry "フランス", and the other English entry is linked to the Japanese entry "仏".
Whenever this occurs, I just refresh the page and click on the Quiz button again. :)- @kekkou Oh no, I didn't mean this is a bad thing. I was genuinely complimenting on how JCJP seems to be finding more challenging choices for the answer list (it doesn't seem to be 100% randomised from the entire list of other vocabulary words).
The answers in this example were reasonably clear which one I was supposed to click. If I had read the full answer I would have been very unlikely to have clicked it.
入学 = 入 "enter" + 学 "learn"(/school)
進学 = 進 "advance" + 学 "learn"(/school)
What you mention is an actual problem, if two of the answer choices are "France" but only one will be marked as correct. Although I would have thought 仏 should be "Buddha" (like how 米 isn't "America")... ? - @mog86uk I know. :) I just gave an example of how tricky these questions and answers are in JCJP. By the way, I read that the UK also celebrates this, so Happy Valentine's Day (2/14/2015 12:04 am GMT/UTC time).
- @kekkou Umm, I guess maybe the US celebrates Valentine's differently to here, as usually guys don't wish eachother Happy Valentine's... :D

Btw, one of my questions on this account has just hit 100:1 (correct:incorrect). I only made this account two days ago!! I still have 947 "New" words I've not encountered yet... xD - Cool. BTW, I finally hit 11,186 EXPs yesterday. That was along with answering a handful of JCJP replies. Feb 6 was 12,922 and Feb 8 was 11,242. I'll aim for a new Readings record tomorrow.
I have encountered more readings than @adkdcmorgan, with 5,464 vocabularies and growing. I don't believe we will ever know how many Reading entries there are. :) - @kekkou Crazy. I meant to mention a couple of days ago I couldn't get onto your profile page at all! It kept timing out. So I was wondering how you even knew yourself how many readings you've done. o.O
However, I have just tested loading your profile page five times...
Here are the results for the part of the loading process which has to completed within 60 seconds (after the page request has been sent, how long it takes before your browser receives the first bit of data back from the server):
attempt #1 = 52.7 secs (page loaded)
attempt #2 = >60 secs (error page 503 'service unavailable')
attempt #3 = >60 secs (error page 503 'service unavailable')
attempt #4 = >60 secs (error page 503 'service unavailable')
attempt #5 = 50.3 secs (page loaded)
These times aren't the total page load time, which is allowed to take longer, but just that specific part of the loading which I mentioned, of the server processing the page request (the delay of this). - @mog (test account) It is less frustrating for me, since I use my laptop to access my JCJP profile page while simultaneously mastering the JCJP Readings on my iPod Touch 5. I only access the profile page when posting replies or to finish incomplete Readings quizzes. :)
