Two things:
How long do those maintainance works lasts? (because I usually find the site down, around midday)
Second, I'm not Taiwanese, but although I raised this problem, you still mark Taiwan as province of China. That is offending and wrong. Once again, could you please fix that?

It would probably be better to post your message on Beeant's "feeds" page to increase the chance that he might notice it, on his profile:

I ended up missing attendance for the first day in a long time due to that maintenance. The site hasn't been down very much recently though.
I remember you posting about that issue with the country name before. That's something which definitely needs fixing. I'd be very annoyed if the United Kingdom was called a province of the European Union (I refuse to use some sites if they detect your country and shows the EU flag...). I can understand how annoyed you probably feel. :|
