I'm not sure if this hasn't been translated yet or it's a bug, but there's no dictionary link for this word? It's really hard for me to memorise it when I don't know exactly what it means aha.... ^^'

    It's more like two words: 地下 is a basement or underground level, and 一階 is the first floor, so it's like the first level of a basement. I hope that helps.

    It's relevant, too, as you'll find many department stores in Japan have more than one basement level. Usually you'll see it as B1F, though, or something along that line.
