I think I remember recently someone asked about where to go to learn radicals? While searching through the backup storage on my computer, I came across a link to an interesting site which does has some good drills for learning scripts of different languages:
http://www.theiling.de/schrift/

Check out the "CJK Radicals" 214 Kangxi drill.
I clicked "meaning -> radical" mode, and also ticked the "simplified (Japan)" in addition to the default settings. I did it with these settings and on the first time I scored 391 correct questions, 19 wrong. (95%), but it was extremely difficult. Some of the meanings are quite strange, relating more to Chinese than Japanese, but it is very helpful for testing yourself on the radicals and it focusses on catching you out with similar looking ones. Anyone else want to see if they can beat that score? ^^

There's also other options, like Japanese (hiragana) -> radical, but meaning -> radical seems to be the most useful.
