Wow, I forgot about J-Comi / Zeppan Manga Library / Manga Library Z (whatever the current name of the site actually is). If anyone is interested in manga written in Japanese that you can use for reading practice, mangaz.com is a decent site to check out. All the manga is free and legally distributed. ^^
Obviously there aren't really any current, chart topping, popular mangas on there, but not all of it is as weird as the one in this image. I just found this one especially interesting. :P
