"That girl is a little stubborn. Make her sparkly eyes shine." Probably talking about a little girl, since he uses 娘 and お目々 (which I just found out it's how kids say eyes).
I guess it's something like that :)

Daughter is the usual meaning, but yes, it can also mean "girl (i.e. a young, unmarried woman)."
