I'm guessing no one has reached this question yet? Unless they took a gamble on which answer was correct... I forget whether both answers are accepted as correct on kanji questions. I know it's not for vocab, but I have a feeling it was different for kanji? I don't want to risk it though...

  Sorry that I have to change this question to 規範, because it seems that 規準 and 基準 which have pretty much the same meaning. At the moment only @MintyHippo and @mog86uk who have reached this question. Your answer log has been re-adjusted.
