Hello everyone, I'm new here. Is there an option to turn out the multiple choice? As in, if there's an option to just type in the answer? I ask because I don't have the feeling I'm learning that much, because guessing is REALLY easy this way.

    yeah anki is different from other programs just tinker with it :3 If that dosent work look up how it works lol

    You might want to try "Read the Kanji" ( https://www.readthekanji.com/ ). That's free for kana and N5 level kanji, but a pay site (fairly low priced) for N4 and above. Words are presented in the context of sentences, and you type in the pronunciation of the highlighted word. The site has a spaced repetition system, and keeps statistics on your kanji and vocabulary progress.
