EbookJapan has untranslated manga like One Piece, which you can either read on the website or download to read in their "ebi.BookReader" app for Windows/Mac/Android/iOS. Although you have to purchase the manga.

However, they let you read the first 20~50 pages of nearly every manga volume on their site for free, which can be downloaded and kept permanently! And they also have "STARTER" volumes with like ~250 pages which are completely free too. And there are a small few completely free titles on there, but not really the big-name stuff unless there's a special offer.

For example, if you want to check out One Piece volume 1 (which has 59 pages you can read for free), here's how:

    http://www.ebookjapan.jp/ebj/132082/
    http://www.ebookjapan.jp/ebj/145222/

The first one of those links is for the monochrome edition, the second is the colour edition. Click whichever one you want to read. When the page has loaded, look at the right-side of the screen to click the following button:

"立ち読み(59ページ)", which means to read while standing, as if you are looking at a book in a book shop. After clicking this button, on the page that loads click the following button:

"ブラウザで読む", which means to read in your web browser. And you should now be reading the first 59 pages of One Piece volume 1 in Japanese. ^^

If you want to read/download the "STARTER" volumes, you have to register for an account first (which is free to do). Here are the three STARTER volumes for One Piece:

If you want to start buying digital manga on there, I can confirm they allow you to purchase stuff even if you live outside Japan and don't have a Japanese bank account. I bought the whole collection of クレヨンしんちゃん while in the UK and using a UK bank card, and haven't had any problems at all. ^^

Thanks to both of you for providing such useful websites! I couldn't find my favorite one piece in the sites suggested by Ametrine though but they are still great to explore. The site suggested by cute Mog is exactly what I need, though its just free for the starter volumes. Thank you once again 本当にありがとうね!
