No. "O" in front of a word just means that it's polite speak, as for "Osushi".

お and ご are honorific prefixes that go before words to make them more polite. Some examples are お茶 (tea), お手洗い (restroom), お父さん (father), or even the phrase "お元気ですか" ("How are you?").
