Medyrius has a 100,000 combo shouldn't he be the highest?

  It is by the EXP not the Combo.

  I thought the combo boosted the exp

  combo boosts the exp until you reach 100 and then it stops increasing. Also Medyrius has been on a very long break allowing others to answer more questions and pass him. It actually was very recently that he was passed and he was No. 1 for a very long time.
