Does 「食べなかった」and 「食べなくた」mean the exact same thing?

there is no such word as 「食べなくた」. That conjugation does not exist/ is wrong.

食べなかった (didn`t eat)
食べなくてもいいですよ　(you don`t have to eat anything)
