How long you've been studying japanese?
I started in December 2014 (Kanji JPLT N2, Grammar JPLT N3,)
Is it slow or fast?

- well, I've been studying for like 3 years or so, but because I study very slowly, I haven't really learned much.October 30, 2016 at 3:05am
- I've been studying japanese for a while now (about a year) but I've only really been serious about it the past 3-6 months and I've made tremendous progress in that time thanks to the resources I have.October 30, 2016 at 6:53am
- you all are younger compared to me XD, hope you all get the best from your effort :DOctober 30, 2016 at 2:23pm
- But I don't understand why you are learning Grammar from JLPT N3 and Kanji from JLPT N2? It is better to concentrate on one exam and get the certificate. Because everyone want it. So better to have JLPT N3 and study JLPT N2 then study both and have nothing. Or JLPT N4.October 30, 2016 at 4:54pm
- i mean I've completed JPLT N2 of Kanji and JPLT N3 of Grammar since then
Sorry didn't write it clearlyOctober 30, 2016 at 6:15pm - could that be done separately? JLPT N2 of Kanji and N3 of Grammar? ...October 30, 2016 at 7:38pm
- I mean .. if you take the JLPT (the examination.. ) if you pass N2, it means.. cover all the topics..October 30, 2016 at 7:39pm

- i didn't even take examinationOctober 31, 2016 at 6:19pm
- are you sure you`re both fluent and gramatically correct? and, moreover, are you sure, that your vocabulary is really as vast as you measure it via some online tests? if you are really do well with japanese language in two years, and can estimate your knowledge as if it`s so close to a native speaker`s one, so...ehm, you`re really fast. a genius, maybeOctober 31, 2016 at 8:11pm
- No, not that close and I'm not sure i can speak fluently since i have no friend to do chat,
I'm still confused to arrange sentence
The reason i didn't take examination is because i don't know where i can get the testOctober 31, 2016 at 8:24pm - but i really did memorize all kanji till N2 and comprehend the grammar till N3October 31, 2016 at 8:25pm
- lol its kinda an on and off self studying for me so i haven't really gotten far with it XD
October 31, 2016 at 11:45pm - I started in September 2015. Before this, I only knew how to read, but not write, Katakana, nothing of Hiragana and how to identify the water and fire kanji. >.<November 1, 2016 at 11:40pm
- I started in the first half of 2013. Haven't really been doing too much though, so I can't say how good my Japanese is.November 2, 2016 at 1:54am
