Im confused on the No in the sentence with the ga And how they work together..
It supposedly means : (as for me)Likes Things that are tasty

    well, の is representing anything in that kind of sentence
    オレは美味しいのが好きだ means, i like (everything that) delicious

    Typically you would not use this の format if not presented with an object previously. If I remember correctly the Genki series used sweaters to describe this grammar point and it went something like this. 何のセーターが好きですか。赤いのが好きです。 The question was "what kind of sweaters do you like." and the response "was I like red ones." Just like how the English changes from saying I like red sweaters the Japanese omits the object in question and replaces it with の。
