  You arent born to know everything.. Ur born to learn your future ^^ and for me it took a few days to figure it out my own. I dont wanna ask to much but I admit its not a easy thing to find yourself:)

  @Moxyze, Even though that is where many people expect it to be or where they think it actually is, it is not there... But I think it would be a very good idea if you could also change your profile picture there though. ^^;
  
  @Pastel_Cutie, It's on the right-hand side of your profile page, where it says something like "Edit profile picture". Click this.
  
  To view your profile page, click your name (at the top-right of the web page or even above your post). ^^
