Here is another online resource that includes conversational video with subtitle in Japanese and English. You follow Erin, who is Japanese, who moved to Japan from England and learns to meet people, attend school, etc. Includes a lot of video and language tools. They replay all of Erin's interactions so you can learn from her experiences. Gives you insight into family life and culture and is a good way to learn some speaking skills.
