First learn to read the kanas, those are the basic japanese "alphabet". There are two types, hiragana and katakana and you can learn those at this same website. Here: http://japaneseclass.jp/lessons/kana.
After you can recognise all the kanas you can begin to learn vocabulary and kanjis.
And for grammar you need to seek on the web or buy books.
