I think this is specifically for vocab, but things like this should always be used in conjunction with other material.
If you are a self-learner. Try checking out www.TextFugu.com. I really enjoy it and its good for learning at a pace and actually teaching you to structure sentences etc.
If you are after grammar, take a look at www.imabi.net. It is pretty good with plenty of examples for each grammar topic.
Definitely never rely on one website for your Japanese learning needs. There isn't one website that does a good job of explaining it all at this time.
