Someone please translate this into Japanese?

Sorry but I'm really hopeful someone can translate my english message into Japanese.

I don't mean to be lame and not do it myself but I really don't want to mess up on this particularly.

I'm wanting to say-write this to a Japanese friend ...

"I'd love to enjoy more of your cooking especially Okonomiyaki!. I am hopeful I can come visit you someday soon. I miss you!"

I understand Japanese grammer is far different from English so .... I'm sure the actual message would be way different when translated into Japanese ...

It depends on who will you send this to. A friend? a senior? or boyfriend?
As you said you don't want to mess up on this, this information is important :)

We're going to need a name as well, it's not really a good idea to use おまえ here!
