Technical Problem
I can't read the Japanese Character on the site. Do I need any additional application to see the font properly. The Japanese Character looks like a tile with 2sets of 2 digit numbers and letters inside.

No, you don't need any additional or special. The only thing you need is operating system's Japanese support and at least one suitable font installed.
You can Google "japanese support".
Other than that, avoid using any kind of Internet Explorer (including 8). It's incompatible with this and many other sites.
FireFox is the recommended browser for this site. Opera and Chrome also work, with only very small problems here.
