I can't hear the pronunciation

Is my first time trying this website and I went to lessons and for some reason I can't hear the words pronunciation. I click on the volume icon but nothing. am I doing it wrong?

    I'm sorry that some of the vocabularies does not have any sound file for the pronunciation yet. Some of them like early level vocabulary do have the sound file though. I will work on the missing sound files.
