I want to start learning Kanji. Should I use a book that gives you tricks to learn them, like Heisig's Remembering Kanji? Or should I just use JapaneseClass?
You can that, but I use Kanji Look and Learn which gives you pictures to memorize them, the stroke order, examples, and it comes with a workbook that you buy separately that gives you extra practice. And test some grammar and vocabulary that you should already be familiar with. Hope this helps.
