Are these sentances correct?

  Hmmm...
  I'm probably wrong, but here are my two cents:
  
  Ryumatori's version means "I study Japanese and play sports" or "I'll study Japanese and play sports".
  The original meaning is "I <b>want to</b> study Japanese and play sports", so the use of したい (したくて) sounds right to me.
  About the last part, I'm not sure about します. As you <b>want to play</b> sports as well, maybe you could say スポーツをしたい or even スポーツ<b>も</b>したい.
  My version: 日本語を勉強したくて、スポーツもしたい。
  If you want to be polite, just add です.
  
  For the second sentence, I'd only use more Kanji. I don't see anything wrong.
  趣味は音楽を聞いて、絵を書くのです。
  Or maybe the simpler:
  趣味は音楽を聞いて、絵を書きます。
  
  Of course, you could put 私は at the start of the first sentence, and 私の at the start of the second one, but it's not necessary.
  
  That's what I think. If I'm wrong, sorry! :)

  Hi there, how about:
  私は日本語を勉強して、そしてスポーツをすることを望みます。
  Or: 私は日本語を勉強したいし、スポーツもしたい。
  私の趣味は音楽を聞くことと、絵を描くことです。
  Oｒ：趣味では音楽を聞いたり、絵を描いたりします。
  My japanese is poor but hopefully I made sence. More opinions will be great.

  Just wanted to add something...
  "私は日本語を勉強して、そしてスポーツをすることを望みます。"
  I want (望みます= i wish, desire) to study Japanese and (そして) play sports.
  "私は日本語を勉強したいし、スポーツもしたい。"
  I want to study Japanese but also (し) I want to play sports.
  "私の趣味は音楽を聞くことと、絵を描くことです。"
  My hobbies are listening to music and (と) drawing (描く=to draw,to paint ) pictures.
  "趣味では音楽を聞いたり、絵を描いたりします。"
  As for a hobby I listen music and draw pictures.
