Is it a bug or....?

I was doing a Hiragana Practice, when I found this [in the picture].

Is it a bug ? Or I haven't understood that hiragana/ that katakana ?
From I what I know the answer should be ''cha''-チャ, not ''ja''...

  ち (chi) becomes ぢ (ji) when the dakuten (double dot) is applied. So in this case, ちゃ (cha) becomes ぢゃ (ja).
