How to translate this?

Hello, I am wondering if there are any intermediate/advance users out here that could help me with this.

Currently, i'm trying to translate a picture containing hirigana katakana and some kanji. Though I can spot the Hirigana it's the Kanji that I don't understand.

Is there a table of Kanji available not in text-format? Also, if anyone knows what this sentence means your help would be appreciated!
