  Hi ^^
  I kind of don't get what u mean to say in the first sentence, but I must say I feel uneasy with the "それ通り"...
  
  叶えるもんですよ　-> means "it's a dream one can realise" but I had the feeling that u meant to say : 叶うもんですよ (a dream is something that has to be realized...)
