The Language

I want to learn Japanese. I want to learn how to read, write, and speak Japanese. I'm saving for a trip to Japan either at the end of this year or early next year. I want to study Japanese in Japan, so that's the goal that I'm trying to go for. I work full time, and I support myself, so I can't take a lot of time off from work to achieve this goal/dream I have. I've found schools in Japan that offer two week intensive courses, so I'm checking those out right now to see how reputable they are. Other than that, I love the Japanese culture, and I'm sure my trip to Japan is going to include site seeing, and hopefully attendance at one of the many Cherry Blossom Festivals.
