yep, it's Kamuisan from X/1999 it's a CLAMP character and he's in Tsubasa chronicle as a vampire twin too :)

ah ha i should have known i really loved tsubassa i only wish my japanese was better so i could spend less time reading the sub titles.

yes i have watched tsubassa but i havent watced X i have also watched xxx holic which is sort of a crossover with tsubasa ^_^ a very good even if a slightly scary anime. i watch most anime online but i was unable to find X =(
