Right: As it currently is
Solution: div class="vocab_tip" -> 3rd div doesn't have any attributes. Give it a style or a class with the following value: padding-top: 10px

Solution: Add two breaks after the Vocabulary line
Besides: I think you could also implement the fix I mentioned on my profile page. Even though it seems like you already did something with it I can still see it's cut.
