I have some additional thoughts about the notes section. I am thinking that they should be called something else...like user quizzes...or something like that. Notes is too vague a name for what Notes does. The fact that this is a user created quiz is not easily identifiable to new users. Anyway, my main point is that the Notes quiz is still repeating some words in an uneven fashion beyond the initial run of the quiz. I would like to suggest that the Notes quiz should be changed from the current format. The first time that the quiz is taken, there are not words that repeat. Currently, after completing 100% the words are more random. I would like to suggest that the quiz format become more like the Readings quiz format where you finish the quiz except that unlike the Readings sections quizzes you will be able to take the quiz again...without repeats until you get to 100% again....then you would have to start the quiz again each time you get to 100%.

Yes, I agree with you that "Notes" is actually kind of vague. What would you suggest to call it? One word. Something that define, a place for use to create their own custom study list. Something like a music playlist on your iTunes, mp3 player, iPod, iPhone. I have some ideas to call it something like:
- Lists
- Stash
- Notes
About the Quiz section, I want to make Notes quiz to be more casual than readings, since it is a user generated content, the quality of the content might vary. It can be really good quality, and can be really low quality.
I was thinking that completing a note cannot be like completing reading quiz.
So what you are saying is that, note quiz should be like Chapter test? finish the quiz then restart from 0% again?- I just looked at your profile. and you actually finished a lot of good quality notes. I would really like to get suggestions from you to improve note feature. thank you very much for using them.
Basically my idea of creating a note is to create a place where users can:
- Make their own study list
- Take notes of words they like, or words they need to study.
- Use JapaneseClass beyond the provided JCJP lessons.
- Sharing
- Collaboration (not yet implemented)
- Organizing words into categories, use case, verbs, etc. (eg, JLPT words, seasons, technical words, etc)
