- 恩 vs 義務. 恩 is a favour/debt/obligation (eg. you owe someone), and 義務 is your duty/responsibility (eg. at your home it's your responsibility to feed the pets everyday).

- Wow, unlucky. That is a pretty bad one. Especially as you also have 礼儀, which contains a similar looking kanji, so it seems like it's a question designed to catch you out between choosing 礼儀 and 義務.
What's funny about this though, is that I reported that typo in the question title over a year ago and it sounded like it was going to get fixed:
