  I always look for the 'move' kanji 動 when I see that question. 感 'emotion' + 動 'move'.
  
  However, if I'd read only the "passion" part of the question, then I would have clicked the same answer you did. :P

  Yeah, now i'll take a look to 動 too :D But i thought that emotion+fever = deeply moved :D

  熱 means 'fever' (ねつ) but also means 'hot', as in 熱い (あつい). Like how having a high temperature is a sign of having a fever.
  
  Also, just the kanji 情 and 熱 on their own both have 'passion' as one of their meanings. If the question was just "passion", it would be hard not to pick this answer! :P
