譜あり
it was used for guitar tabs. i see that the kanji is for sheet music or score, whatnot. but what is the ari part? does ari have it's own meaning, or is that just what makes it guitar tab specifically(it's own word).

It means they have it, or it comes with it. I often buy things on Amazon Japan, and if a particularly item is in stock, it'll be written as 在庫(ざいこ)あり.
