Do you guys have any other suggestions as to learning the actual Japanese language's structure other than Tae Kim's grammar guide?

It's great because it's simple, if you can get those sentence patterns down, you can work out a lot of sentences on your own. It's been the most helpful to me. As my vocabulary increases, I can use what I've learned in that book to communicate a lot better.
