I've accessed it one time but I don't know where it is lol...
But, for what I've looked, it's more or less TAE kim's guide to grammar, so it's better that you download it. It's a free PDF, and have a free version for mobile too :)
It's really good and well designed. The PDF comes with sections subdivided so you can go direct for "Ha" particle or the sections that help you to say something like "I've studied, and played, and ran".
There are no grammar lessons on this site. This site is specifically for learning vocabulary and kanji (Chinese characters), and also the two Japanese syllabaries ('alphabets')—hiragana and katakana. If you check out the login/signup page on a desktop computer, it tells you what you will learn on this site.
