In case anyone is wondering what Topic Markers are its the letters that link the Subject, Object and Verb in a sentence and these are the most common of them: は、を、二、で etc.
Unlike in English where the sentences use the SVO: Subject, Verb and Object in Japanese the verb and the object switch places so the sentences work using SOV as a basis. If you keep that in mind it will help in the long run.

Memrise is fairly helpful for pronunciation and getting familiarized with the words.
Yeah, I already have this. IRS pretty great.

About Memrise: yeah it is a good tool for learning, I use it sometimes too. It's easy to choose which parts you want to practise and there is a possibility to type answers as well (I find typing answers helps me remember the words better).
As for grammar, this guy on Youtube: https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLwGjqS2iLnwV1lBfUo6VuWmMaWUJnxLMK and Tae Kim's guide to grammar are my top recommendations. /Acidron- I like memrise.
