Hmm, so 7 stars is the highest you can reach for every word huh? Also, regarding the addition of new levels, I believe the quota of 500 users is a bit high considering how long it takes. Perhaps it should be lowered by a hundred or two.

Supposedly 7★ (128 days until return to Oblivion) is the highest SRS rank, but I'm pretty certain it actually updgrades past this. I think this is a bug though...
Many of my 7★ items have gone way past 128 days since they were last in my Oblivion list, as if maybe they are what would be 8★ (256 days, if 8★ existed). I rarely ever have any items returning to Oblivion now.
The reason I mentioned that is because many of my already 7★ words were in today's Oblivion list but they didn't rank-up.- Although, like mine, they probably have actually ranked up just with it still displaying 7★. I wouldn't be surpriswd if you don't see them in your Oblivion list again for 256 days.
- As for the quota of 500 max level users before the next level is added to the site, I agree that it's a bit high considering that might take about a year at the current rate of users reaching level 8.
However, I've just sat down and done some maths... If I worked it out correct, then you can get from 0 exp to 270,000 exp (level 8) with only answering 2,414 questions!
I can answer about 20 questions a minute (3 seconds per question).
2414 questions should only take 121 minutes (2 hours)!
We have 406 users currently at level 8... Meaning 94 more users need to reach lv8 so that level 9 can be added... 94 x 2 hours = 188 hours... If I was very bored and had 188 hours to spare...
