Question: do you need to write kanji/hiragana/katana as perfect as the programs do? And are japanese also able to write as close as the programs too? Or do they still understand if you draw a line a bit longer then it is on the app/program? Who has experience with being in japan and their writing?^^

No real experience here, but I think that if you got the stroke order right and the shape of the character *most* Japanese people can tell what's written because of the flow of the strokes.

I watched videos of Native Japanese people writing kana and kanji. They didn't write it perfectly like a computer does.

I think it'll be fine, they can tell if it's 土 or 士 from context, but they'll probably stylize it a little more when they're writing and make the difference a little more extreme.
They even forget how to write kanji just like how we forget how to spell words. I think the trick is to grow your vocabulary enough to be able to phrase things another way if you forget a word. That's what I do in English, anyway.
