For a while its been like this on my iPhone when I try to use settings. I thought it was my internet being slow, but even after letting it load it still won't show the settings.

  I just checked it on my phone. Assuming you have the same problem as what I experienced in Chrome on my Android phone, all you need to do to get round it is to click the … button in the top-right corner first then try it. ^^
  
  You can even click the … button again to hide it, and the Settings button will still work. Pretty strange bug. Not noticed this happening before, but then I rarely use Practice on my phone as I can't use my typing mod on it.

  It happens on desktop browsers too. If you zoom in until it's in mobile view and open either of the side menus then zoom out it will be moved to the side like that.
