Best Interactive Software?
Is there any software out there for PC that teaches how to draw Hiragani, Katakana and Kanji without being an android-only app?
Also Are there any games out there similar to Hiragana Party too? Hirigana Party looked interesting and fun but it's reserved for the I-Phone only. >:3

This doesn't teach you how to actually write hiragana or katakana but it might be helpful to you still, http://nihongonoki.com/study/jlpt/n5/ And it's also available on android as a dedicated application. There's a chrome application called Japanese Kana which also helps you memorize katakana and hiragana but to learn to write both kana you can use http://www.learn-hiragana-katakana.com/writing-katakana-characters/ and http://www.learn-hiragana-katakana.com/writing-hiragana-characters/ but remember to practice the pronounciations as well.
