Spam and Disfunction

I've seen these forums some months back, but their not as cluttered as they are right now. Some topics make no sense and look more like posts done by spam-bots than what it has to do with Japanese culture or language.

Is there a sub-division forum for those who wish to translate full-length texts into Japanese?
