Will kanjis I study and take a quiz for in the reading section be added to my practice study list? Cheers.

No. Practice simply gives you the same questions that are found in Lessons.
It would be cool if there was a separate Practice just for the reading section though... This would also help with clearing 'weak' vocabulary in Readings. ^^
