  I'll leave it to "how many?, how old?" because , (comma) has been used as separator for most of the questions.

  Beeant How many? How old? without the comma! Grammar is more correct.

  Beeant, I always thought How many? and How old? They are both questions. The dictionary has with small letters separated by a semicolon. Metropolis with a small m.
