How do I change the location?

Hello. I'd like to change the location in my profile, but every time it goes back to "Belgium" and I would like to change it to "Russian Federation". Can anyone help me with this problem? Thanks!

    It uses your IP, so if you really want to change it you would need to use a VPN or move.
