Their mission is to sell smartphones. However they offer some extra services to help customers to enjoy the smartphone experience.

    Reminds me of how my grandmother went to buy a smartphone so she could use WhatsApp to communicate with us because we're in different countries. The staff there helped her for free, but if she was in Japan it would have probably cost her three times more than the smartphone itself...
