What is a kobuchi? What is different from black tea mushrooms?

Although it is thought to be "kombu tea" when I hear "Japanese" if it is Japanese, "Kombucha" introduced here is completely different.

There are various reasons why it is called "Konbucha", but in Korea we refer to the fungus as "KOM", which is a powerful idea that it was transmitted to the United States with its original pronunciation and became a boom.
