Japan Railways luxurious train Twilight Express Mizukaze debut
Japan is not only the master of making super-fast train like Shinkansen. Recently a new type of train has been added to the collection of Japanese trains. This new train is a luxury train called Twilight Express Mizukaze. The luxury elements on this train are hoped to increase the comfort of the passengers.
Twilight Express is operated between Osaka and Sapporo. This is the longest service operation train in Japan. It takes more than 22 hours to reach Sapporo from Osaka. (If you take other way, it takes 22 hours 45 minutes.)

The train-suite called "Train Suite Shiki-Shima" can even be said to have exceeded the luxury hotel facilities. The reason for this is because this train doesn't only transport the passengers to the long destination, but it can also let the passengers to have a good rest at the same time.
The interior decoration of the train is modern style. Also looks like house designs in Japanese RPG games, for example, Final Fantasy. There will be 10 cars, where you can find a dining car, a lounge car, six sleeper cars, and two sightseeing cars to enjoy the moving views from inside the train. Mizukaze will have capacity for up to 10 passengers.
Four meals will be offered for each of the overnight journeys and seven for the three-day journey.

The four overnight journeys will cost between ¥270,000 and ¥780,000 per passenger. The fee will start at ¥500,000 for the three-day tour, with the highest per-passenger fee of ¥1.25 million to be charged for the train’s only suite, which has a two-person capacity.
